I think I read about the death in the Navy Times.

The reason it stood out was because I couldn't believe anyone would drown in that type of highly structured pool environment that I remembered from my water survival training. It just stood out as being very strange...couldn't get my mind around it at the time.

The other Navy Times article I'll never forget is the one about CDR Marcinko and Seal Team Six's unorthodox training. Wildest story I'd ever read, and probably the wildest that will ever be in the Navy Times...lol I bought the book Rogue Warrior years later; it's a fantastic read.
